According to the seller, you will be bidding on a new 8GB 24K Gold 3G Apple iPhone which is unlocked and jailbroken and thus can be used in any country with any GSM SIM.
Apparently this particular Apple iPhone is rare and plated in real 24K Gold. I checked it out at eBay and as of the 24th of January the Buy it Now price sits at $1500.00.
