According to invitations sent out, Apple will be holding a special event on March 17, 2009 to discuss the iPhone 3.0.
The new version of the iphone was speculated to be a hardware update, but with the announcement of this meeting we could be seeing just a software update or both.
I’m not going to speculate as to what they will announce we’ll just have to wait and see.
